Sarah Landicho

Sarah has created a life around studying and teaching yoga, Ayurveda, and somatic movement for healing. In the 10+ years since earning her first yoga 200-hour teaching qualifications, she’s earned certification as a 500 E-RYT,  an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Somatic Movement Coach, as well as accreditation for Level 1 Thai massage. She tailors each class to the yogis attending, and sequencing is informed by her education and practice. Now in the 50+ age category, Sarah can safely say that movement is life and learning never ends.
