Our wellness center offers various services specifically tailored to the unique needs of first responders.
It is a collaborative process between a patient and a licensed therapist that can help the patient to overcome obstacles to their well-being. Individuals may seek treatment for help with issues that are difficult to face alone. Therapy can help teach people skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, reaching goals, and becoming more self-aware.
